We are discussing the possibility of offering callable CDs? Does anyone do these who might offer some advice on disclosure. I've reviewed the Reg DD commentary, but it is very brief.

I know that Republic Bank is a big issuer of callable CD's, so their disclosure HERE would be a good place to start.
