Does anyone know if Ohio State banking law changed roughly in September of last year that Allows a Joint Account to have a single or multiple Payable on Death beneficiaries? we have a customer that says it was changed and insists she has the paper to prove it...however she will not show us this "supposed" proof. Any help would be appreciated. I know sometimes things are changed and its very hard to find. This is also posted on OH state specific.
