Does anyone know where to get an APR/APY table that would include a rate as low as .25?

First, APR and APY are calculated according to two entirely different formulas, so I don't think there would be an accurate table encompassing both elements with one calculation. Second, the APY would depend on the frequency of compounding and term of the obligation. If you are looking for an APY (since this was posted in the Deposits forum), the formula for calculation is pretty simple. Or you could use the freely available OCC APY Calculator program which can be downloaded from their website.

For daily compounding rates under 1%: the APY and APR are the same, they don't change until 1% is reached. Check out below.
