We're supposed to hit a new record high today. Ugh. It's been over 90 degrees for the longest stretch since 1995. Guess the 85's we're supposed to get at the end of the week will feel like winter!

Would you like a house guest for the next few days? I'm sure that the storms that break this system will be doozies, and we've already had our share this year. Mother Nature seems to be hitting the Northeast this year, and giving the Southeast a bit of a break.

It is supposed to reach 100 tomorrow and Wednesday here in New York City. I am located in northeast Queens and hope Con Ed can hold out. Parts of northwest Queens were without power for 10 days from 7/17 to 7/26. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
