Just wanted to see what the norm is for most Human Resource Officers. Are you responsible for all personnel, including executive & senior officers, or is it limited to just hourly employees?

I am responsible for HR and Compliance and my responsibilities cover all HR issues for all employees - exempt and non-exempt.

Opinions are mine and mine alone.

Our HR is responsible for all staff on the payroll (full and part time). They have 3 units : HR Admin (takes care of documentation, leave, salaries etc), HR Recruitment (interviews, offer letters, resignations etc.) and lastly Training (for all staff in all units, compliance etc.). Head of HR supervises all 3 sub-departments and also looks after matters referred to him by Executives and the Board
