I am located in Louisiana. As of July 1, 2006, the return of remotely created checks/drafts went into effect. One of the supervisors in my bank has stated we have 60 days to return these items, if our customer states they are unauthorized, she is unable to locate where she received her information, and I have the burden now to find out where this verbage/ruling is at. I have found plenty on remotely created checks and ruling, but I have not found anything about 60 days. Help!!!!!!!!!!!
