What are the rules for reporting SARs to the BOD? I typically report all of them to the BOD, but now I need to file on a board member....HELP

If you are to file on a BOD member, you need to do so. In reporting to the board, you are not to give names. We only give the #, dollar amounts and a VERY brief description if we can. This is also noted in the minutes. OCC outreach distributed excellent literature regarding this - you may be able to find it on their website.

Thanks Kari. I do not report names, just the other information as you indicated. With that said, the problem that I face is that even though I don't include names we are a small community and the BOD usually knows exactly who I am referring to.
