Exactly, SP. I really want to go visit Roswell just to see the area where it (whatever it is) happened. Speaking of the Roswell Incident, I'm not too boned up on all of this, who is this Bob Lazar guy they were talking about earlier in the thread?

Bob Lazar worked at Area 51. That much is true, but he said he was hired to reverse engineer alien spacecraft. He claims he went to M.I.T. but there are no records of him going there. He claims that the government erased all of his records. He said he went public with his involvement because he feared for his safety.

Bob Lazar is this guy that says he worked at Area 51 for a while, saw the spaceships etc. Apparently, the gov't hired him to try to recreate some of the alien technology. He took some friends out to see the night time test, etc. The gov't got mad, he went public, they erased his degrees and life, threatned to kill him, yada yada. Go to www.boblazar.com for more info. Also, I think it's the sci-fi channel (not that I normally watch it, so it could be late night A&E or something) that has a program on occasionally about it - I caught it a few weeks ago.

Also, don't bother with the "tour" of where the spaceship crashed in Roswell - they don't even take you to the right location

oops, slub beat me to the post!

Oh, I see. Thanks for the infor slubgob. I was wondering what that was all about when I saw it. If the government erased all his records, why wouldn't they erase him from Area 51?

Yeah his story is full of holes. It is pretty easy to verify that he worked there. But there are no records of him holding any degrees from any college. Even if they erased his records couldn't you still find someone who remembered him, a picture or something?

Still it's a pretty interesing story.

Does anyone listen to Coast to Coast A.M. Art Bell's old radio show?

My Grandma listens to Art Bell because she can't sleep at night and then talks about alien life forms.

I really enjoy conspiracy theories. I like the ones about the deaths of hollywood legends. For example, Jayne Mansfield was a satan worshipper and the guy that was leading her in her worship (I forget his name) supposedly got the news of her tragic death in a car accident that sheared off the top of her head while he was cutting out an article from the newspaper. When he flipped the article over he saw a picture of Jayne on the otherside and he had snipped off the top of her head. I guess that's not really a conspiracy theory, more of an urban legend. I also want to go see that new movie Hollywoodland about George Reeves it looks interesting.

Some of the Hollywood and Beverly Hills tours will tell you about that stuff as they drive by the sites. Ever been there?

BankerPSB, Art Bell used to host a show called Coast to Coast on am radio. It has a new host now but I don't know his name, Art still guest hosts once in a while. It is about the same stuff we have been talking about.

No, I haven't heard of that one. Unless it's the one that says little funky people live in the center of the earth.
