My husband has family out there and we are thinking of moving there.

Kuna is obviously near Boise, a small town compared. It used to be mostly farm land and foothills but in the past few years it has become developed. There are some very cute housing developments that have gone in there.

What else did you want to know?

Well Happy I figured that if she was moving there she probably already knew that Kuna was near Boise and I didn't want to insult her intelligence.

Yes people actually live there alongside the potatoes!

When CA is handed over to Mexico, I will have a place to live in America

Seriously, it's for investment.

I grew up in Nampa, outside of Boise, and this should give you an idea of Kuna.....the football team was called the Kuna Cavemen. And, I went to college at Boise State, the one with the blue football field.... The best thing I can say about Idaho is that it's a fine place to be FROM. I'm amazed that anyone would move TO Kuna. Of course, if one likes exteme cold and heat they might enjoy it......

We were actually the Kuna Kavemen, with a "K" but dont let that change your mind about the public education in Kuna---I can do that. Kuna is a great place to live, I think. You can buy land at a decent price and build a nice house on it. There isnt much to the town. There are no traffic lights, 4 bars (muy importante), and they just finally added a 3 police officers. WOO HOO!!!

Where are you in Washington Spenser?

I'm in Seattle. Actually, I knew the spelling was Kavemen, with a K, but I was an English teacher, when I lived in Boise, and I couldn't help myself. As for living in the area outside of Boise, my dad still lives there and my uncle is moving from San Diego, to a house outside of Nampa. My comments about Idado are slightly 'tongue in cheek', but after living in the Puget Sound area, I could never go back.

So if people can peacefully coexist with potatoes in Idaho, why can't the Jews and Muslims in the Middle East?
