At this moment, out Debit Cards (Visa logo) permits internet gambling. However, we are in the process of getting this changed to prohibit any transaction using the debit card for internet gambling. Does anyone know if there are any disclosures that need to go out for this change?

Our statment prohibiting internet gambling is in our EFT Disclosure. We do have it blocked however have noticed gambling transactions post against a customer's account because some gambling sites use a false SIC code. You can't win

Thanks VT Banker.
In our Debit Card disclosure, we state that illegal activity is prohibited, but not necessarily internet gambling. Some types of internet gambling may be legal, such as internet poker, fantasy football, etc...So, my question still remains, if we restrict this type of transaction where we had not been before, do we need to disclose this to the customer and if so, does this need to be in advance of the change? Thanks for all feedback.
