Is there any issue with having a loan sale only for specific offices and only for a capped amount?

Example: $2,000,000.00 (total of all loans) for 3% mortgages at the Main, South and Market branches only.

Please advise.

It might depend on the markets served by those branches. If they are located in low minority population areas and your other branches are in high minority popluation areas, you are most likely going to create a disparate impact.

That's the line I was thinking, but wasn't sure if I was missing another consideration. Thanks for the input.
