Can anyone provide me with guidance on how to set up a default confidentiality notice that will be on the bottom of all email communications sent via MS Outlook?

This our confidenitality notice for email.

CONFIDENTIAL: The information contained in this e-mail communication is, unless otherwise indicated, confidential and is intended solely for the use of the named addressee(s). Access, copying or reuse of the e-mail or any information contained therein by any other person is not authorized. If you have received this message by error, please notify us immediately by returning this email to its originator. Thank you. (bank name)

For MS Outlook 2003 ... try the following:

1. From the toolbar ... select Tools/Options
2. Select the "Mail Format" tab
3. Select "Signatures"
4. Enter your notice and save it!

I need to know how to do this at the server level for all users and not just at the individual level.
