I've always thought 3 walls and a roof creates a structure that qualified for flood insurance. FDPA says a walled and roof structure. Is 3 walls the qualifier? (vs. 2 walls and a roof, i.e.carwash?)
Found my answer. The NFIP Workshop for Lenders booklet says: An eligible building is defined as one with, in place, two or more rigid walls and a roof, attached to a permanent site, and principally above ground (51% or more).
