I am looking for a training tool to assist new account personnel in titling accounts correctly. For instance, what's the correct way to title a UGMA account, a sole proprietorship, trust accounts, etc. Anyone out there know of something?

Did you check with your state banking assoc? I know the Mass Bankers puts out a fiduciary handbook that has a chart with account titling.

PBS does some great seminars, usually through the state's bankers association, that provides excellent instruction and materials on the correct way to title accounts for the state the presentation is located in.

If there isn't one scheduled for your state, I would contact your state banking association and ask that one be scheduled.
