If you are going to use a mobile ATM for a one day event, are there any compliance concerns other that the notices required to be on the ATM itself?

My bank had a "temporary ATM" that we set up at fairs and other venues. The only concern that I can think of (other than your usual disclosures regarding fees) would be any unusual restriction on withdrawal limits or a notice if the machine accepts deposits (ours didn't) and the deposits would not be processed under your disclosed funds availability policy. Also, I don't know if your state has rules regarding security, lighting, etc that would apply if the ATM was going to be avaialble after dark. Other than that, I can't think of anything my bank did differently.

You need to check on what address will be used for the location of the ATM for receipts/statements, etc. When we had a mobile ATM and used it at events, games, etc. we used the main bank address.
