Appendix B of Reg CC states that a depositary bank located in certain check-processing territories (Tennessee is one of these) shall make funds by nonlocal check available for withdrawal by the third business day. The list in the Appendix that shows the Nashville Fed, references only the routing numbers 0613 and 2613 (which are numbers for the Atlanta Fed). Does this reduced hold-time apply to all banks located in the Nashville Fed check processing area or only those banks using the 0613 and 2613 numbers?

The reduced hold-time applies only to those banks in the 0613/2613 region.
