Does FinCen have any submission requirements for filing SARs? For instance, do they require that all SARs be sent to them via US Mail, on paper, on floppy disk, etc. Do they have a secure method of fling SARs. I looked on their website, and cannot find any filing instructions except for the address.

To my knowledge there is no submission requirement. The easy way I have found is through E-Filing. You go through a certification process and then you can file your SAR's and CTR's that way. Easy way to keep up with ones filed.
