I was told that adding the balance of your overdraft program to the customer's account balance at ATM's required full disclosure of fees etc on periodic statements. I cannot find this in Reg DD. Is this an interpretation, or can someone point me to guidence?

Look to the commentary to Reg DD 230.11. Paragraph 1(iii) states:

1. Examples of institutions advertising the payment of overdrafts. An institution would trigger the periodic statement disclosures if it:

(iii)Discloses an overdraft limit or includes the dollar amount of an overdraft limit in a balance disclosed by any means, including on an ATM receipt or on an automated
system, such as a telephone response machine, ATM screen, or the institution's Internet site.
