where can I obtain different allowable fees for each state? Does anyone know if a Doc Prep fee is allowed in State of Washington?

Closer, if you haven't found any information, my bank, which is located in Washington State, charges a doc prep fee.

I have had different sources about this Doc Prep fee. One states that a Doc prep fee cannot be charged if you are an interested party, which we are the Lender so it is stating we cannot charge. So I have been trying to get a website to see what allowable fees are acceptable. any clues?
