How do you file the DEP for listed businesses? For an example, if we have a branch/store of that business, do you exempt just that store number or the overall business? Do you list the address of the headquarters (that is in our system), or the local address of the business? Thanks for your help.

In addition, if we have two stores of that listed business, can we file one DEP listing both of the stores (if we have to filed by store number)?
