I am mentioned in the Bible but not by name.
I died a death line no one has died before or since.
I was not buried. A remembrance of me can be found in the kitchen.
Who am I?

Lot's wife? She's not mentioned by name and she was turned into a pillar of salt.

total guess on my part.

Lot's wife was turned to salt for looking back on Sodom
