Recently after reviewing the exemption folders, I found that one of our Phase II exempted customers should have been exempted as a Phase I customer (listed). I hate to ask, but what do we do? Just amend exemption to change to Phase I?

Document the source of the information enabling you to exempt the customer under Phase I rules. Then complete a new DEP filing with the appropriate indication that the customer is now exempted under the Phase I rules.
