I am looking for sample loan review policies, schedules, ratings etc that anyone may be willing to share. We are trying to revamp our internal loan review procedures. I realize that most of these will be customized for each institution; however, anything you have would give me an overall feel and direction. My first order of business is to develop the review schedule (what to review when). I know of course that everything is a function of risk assessment but again, anything will help me get an overall feel for what we need.
