The bank is making a mortgage loan for the purchase of an improved property. The collateral will be the borrower's residence and the purchased improved property.

Do we list all fees associated with the loan for both properties taken as collateral on the HUD-1? - Do we do separate HUD-1s for each property?

I appreciate all help! Thank you!

You do NOT need separate Statements. One will do. List all fees in connection with the loan.
