Does anyone have any Quality Control guides for their Secondary Mortgage Market that they care to share? Our Bank is wanting to sign up for the Fannie Mae program and we need these in place before they will accept us.

EFannie has the FannieMae guide. I beklieve it's called "Originating Quality Mortgages."
