Our bank has an affiliated insurance company. We disclose in the bank's Privacy Notice that we may share with our affiliated insurance agency. Does the insurance agency have to send out separate privacy notices? They do not underwrite the insurance.

Insurance agencies are subject to notice requirements....as governed by each state.
