Are attorney fees listed on BOTH lines 1101 and 1107 on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement included in the finance charge?

You will need to review 226.4 and its Commentary for thrid party fees. Generally in a real estate transaction attorney fees are exempt, but not always all of them. It will depend what the fees and services were for.
