The Truth in Savings Act indicates that you have 60 days from the date of discovery to correct a Reg DD issue. However, I was thinking that there was also something to the effect that if you do have a reimbursable issue you only have to go back to the date of your last exam. But, I can't find anything on this.

I am not aware of any restitution/reimbursement issues in TISA or Reg DD. I think you're dreaming of a Western Caribbean Cruise, white sandy beaches and a warm sun.
