Our bank recently decided to narrow the list of title companies we use for refinances and construction loans to two. Is this something we need to disclose on the Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure? We are not affiliated with either of these title companies, and we do not receive a fee for exclusive use. They just provide us excellent service. Please advise. Thanks!

I'd say no to the affiliated business disclosure, based on your comments about no affiliation. You might review the RESPA rules for the required providers disclosure, however.
