Do I have to send these requests to our insurance subsidiary as well? Also, how are you handling this in your mortgage division where the loans are made and subsequently sold?

Good question ...I would think that you have to run it through all data bases of customer information.

We run through each area of the bank with a separate database of information, including mortgage and insurance.
