Are their any statue of limitation regarding SSCRA claims for a person in the military? For example: Military person served in Bosnia during 1997, but was not aware of SSCRA. During that time of service their vehicle was foreclosed on. Now with "Operation Enduring Freedom" this person was made aware of SSCRA. They want to know if there is anything they can do regarding their prior service in Bosnia.
