I had a favorite little greasey spoon diner when I lived in Dallas, half the grill had burgers, the other half had nothing but bacon stacked a foot high. One night the regular bacon cheeseburger wasn't gonna do it for me, so I order a side of bacon. Dad gum thing was 10 inches tall and full of wonderful life giving bacon.

on RU's New Brunswick campus here in NJ, they have a series of sandwich trucks called "The Grease Trucks" which serve a series of "Fat" sandwiches...

My favorite is the Fat Koko: Cheesesteak, French Fries, Mozarella Sticks.

They can be called “License To Overeat” or “License To Stuff Yourself” cards, whatever. The idea is to have different fast food eating clearance levels.

For example, if you want to have a Carl’s Jr. Double Six Dollar Burger (1522 calories) for lunch, you should be able to present a “License To Eat Fast Food” card with a LEVEL G (for Gorge) clearance. Which means you must be underweight (Body Mass Index of less than 18.5; a professional athlete, a body builder, or practicing for an eating competition.

Every six months, the Health Department will give qualifying exams for the various “License To Eat Fast Food” clearance levels.

Here is the Wikipedia entry about the famous Grease Trucks of Rutgers University. I'm kind of surprised that, with all the media coverage of the RU football team this year, not much was mentioned about the Grease Trucks.

A qualifying exam for a license to eat?

Is there any coursework required before the actual exam, such as learning the proper way to assemble a Big Mac and Whopper?

Is cramming suggested, such as cramming your ‘pie hole’ full of delicious cheese, bacon and grilled, greasy hamburger patties?

I think I have the experience to be an instructor.

I don't like Wendy's because the meat is a square patty.
