I was reading some of the judge’s blogs, and it's very interesting how they view things compared to the viewers. They let Mike go because of his lack of leadership and ability to make decisions.
Marcel should have done home last night, uncooked chicken is a health hazard, and that is cooking 101 knowledge. I know it's not a personality contest, but Marcel will never succeed until he has a huge attitude adjustment. He has had moments of greatness on this show that have been completely over shadowed by his arrogance.

watched some episodes this last weekend, pretty good show, but I liked Hells Kitchen way better, maybe its Chef Ramsey I dont know, is that show coming back?...has anyone heard? According to the Fox website, we'll have to wait until the summer for a new season.

What he did was beyond stupid. No one was coming near Marcel with a razor, and he was over the top with his aggression. He should've gone home. I have to say the head-shaving deal was pretty funny, tho'. I'm rooting for Sam - he's great.

Yeah, Cliff took it above and beyond...it is unfortunate, but he neededto be sent home as a result.
Rooting for Sam too. I think the judges sent an interesting message though to the four in how they let them all know they were goig to the final four...somewhat letting Marcel/Elia know they are on the bubble.
This Marcel punk, he knows he is not liked, he "knew" it from the beginning...at what point do you look at yourself and say, gee, why doesn't anyone like me...does it have any thing to do with my attitude or cockiness?? Is it perhaps something I am bringing on myself? He just seems damaged to me for some reason.

Cliff went home. He got in trouble for "touching another member of the team" (or something like that). Marcel was sleeping on the couch and Cliff woke him up with a wrestling hold. Supposedly, they were going to try to shave his head. The judges weren't amused.

I was shocked to see Elia shave her head. The woman had gorgeous hair! Hopefully her hair will grow back quickly because she looked like a turtle.

I agree TR, Marcel needs a major attitude adjustment. Living with Marcel 24/7 would make anyone lose it eventually. Being under the high pressure circumstances doesn't help them either, but Cliff just went too far.
At this point in the game I would like Sam or Ilan to win. They have both had moments of weakness, but overall they have been consistent and turned out food that impressed the judges.

I like a lot of what Ilan does, but it seems that once the requirement strays from European cuisine, he fumbles miserably.
Elia has been consistent, but she plays it safe and is afraid to take charge...her immaturity often shows during a difficult time arises.
Marcel, yuck. Drown in his frothiness.
Sam though, while I agree has had moments of weakness, overall has been the most consistent, and more importantly, versatile. He has done faily well no matter the goofy quickfire challenge thrown at them, and seldom does poorly in the elimination round.
Vote for Sam!

Sam is the one.
If Marcel wins, I don't know that I could watch the show again. Can you imagine the chaos in his kitchen if he acts like that all of the time? Have the judges said in the past not said that you need team work in a kitchen? Do they not see him for what he's worth?

That is so funny Bagweaver, my husband said teh same thing! He won't watch anymore if Marcel wins. I hate him too, and sorry being a head chef DOES require that you have a personality better than that of a FLEA!!

I think I would give the flea more credit in this case.

I really like this show, I just hope that someone other than Marcel wins. His foams seriously get on my nerves, and his attitude is not going to help him succeed in his career.

AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What happened? What do the judges see in Marcel? And Tom saying he didn't care what happened in the kitchen, it was all about the food. It looks to me as if Marcel might have had an ulterior motive for turning off burners and moving pots.

I cannot believe that Ilan and Marcel are the final two, especially Marcel.
What a disappointment...

Grrrr!!! I fell asleep before the end of the episode. But, I so don't want Marcel to be in the running! Do you think it's more sympathy for the "abuse" he endured during the head-shaving episode?

I fell asleep and missed the end too. I read the judges blogs earlier and it looks like they really thought his food was the best and didn't seem to care about his childish behavior. Poor Sam, I thought for sure he'd be in the final two.

I hope not, did you hear that he was attacked here in Vegas? Some lady bashed him over the head with a bottle and he needed 30 stitches.
