We have a customer that got a VSI Home Improvement loan in January 06, but in September 06 it was cancelled and converted to a regular installment loan. My question is does it still need to be listed on the lar for January. Any help would be great.

If you consummated a loan that is subject to HMDA, the loan should be listed on the LAR. Subsequent events do not cancel the entry.

That is what I thought, I just wanted to make sure. I am fairly new to this, it is only my second year reporting. Thank you.
