We are a very small bank, and will be converting from sending a cash letter to check imaging soon. This is probably old news for most of you. I have some questions:

- How long do I need to keep the days work?
- Where do I need to keep the days work?
- What is the work destruction schedule I should be on?
- Are there any other compliance issues I need to know for this?

Although many banks that I have spoken with retain the physical items for 30-60 days, I would adivse you to retain them for a longer period of time as there may be a need to refer to them.
