We're looking at plans to send our mortgage loan closing documents to the closing agent electronically. Once the closing agent receives them, they'll print out the documents and everything from that point will be handled with handwritten signatures on hardcopy. Are there any consumer compliance issues we need to address other than encryption and other customer information security issues involved with sending them electronically? Thanks.

Not really. You are delivering to a middle man. Bits and bytes are replacing the courier. So long as you've handled the security, you should be fine.
