Since the Wall Street Journal no longer publishes Treasury rates, how are other banks referencing Treasury Rates. We use to reference the 1 year Treasury Rate as published on Monday in the Wall Street Journal. Any suggestions?

Banks that use Treasury rates usually refer directly to a Federal publication, such as H-15.
