What do you mean? Are you looking for a vendor who can print the change in terms notice for you, or are you looking for a consultant who can help you develop the notice itself?

A vendor who prints the change in terms notice. The wording is in the Appendix for the Regulation; the President just wants to have a more professional looking notice than if it was something we generated in house. The statements also do not cycle on the same date so including it on the monthly statement would not work because everyone would get it on a different date and he wants to get it going as close to the 30 day window as possible without waiting for 2 cycles to pass.
