Mom and 2 kids (16 & 17) all have separate savings accounts at the Texas bank. Mom comes in with a payroll check for each of the two kids. Can she cash those checks (no endorsement from the kids) because they are minors?
She says the kids would just spend the money and she will give them "some" of it to spend and save the rest for them. "The counselor says she needs to exhibit tough love to them".
Yeah, right!!!
