As my dad says "when you start doing crazy things that make sense to you but the things really are crazy. . . it means your crazy."

My dads friend recently killed himself and right before it happened he told my dad "drinking helps me get through the things that I need to get done, like work, grading papers and teaching classes." My dad responded with "Do you know how crazy you sound?!" He didn't take his rehab seriously. .

britney could be heading down the same path. . but i guess not in the same way..

At the risk of being chastised, I must mention that when I first heard on TV that Britney had gone bald, I had to watch to make sure they were talking about her head this time.

This is now going to be an ongoing saga for her..she will most likely be in and out of rehab, dragging those two kids along for the ride unless KFed steps up and challenges it in court. We will be hearing about her life, her mess ups, her kids, KFeds re-marriages for the next 15 years....I think Britney is almost as sad as Courtney Love.

Britney is gutter trash. plain and simple. Her, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton all are horrible excuses for female role models, but for human beings as well.

If you're going to rehab, take it seriously, unlike Britney and Lindsey.

If you're going to be famous, at least do something that deserves fame.

Being a "celebrity" is not a good enough excuse to me feel sorry for any of these people for being a slut, being a barfly, and being a junkie.

If they took their problems seriously, I'd have sympathy for them.

I completely agree with this. Be like the celebrity that is apart of a group that is helping children in 3rd world countries, be like the celebrity that brings water into countries that didnt have it. Otherwise, get out of the business and have your messed up life out of the public eye

Personally...the ones I do feel bad for in all of this are the kids...Britney's...and Anna Nicole's...the children are victims of the consequences of their mother's actions...

At least the kids aren't old enough to really understand what's going on, hopefully the dust will settle as they get older and they can live normal and healthy lives.

Personally I don't know one Woman or Teen who looks at these people as Role Models, in fact they are more like "Don't do this" role models.

Most people know the girls you mentioned do not have any Talent and are only MTV stars, once they are in public I think it is more of a "watching a train wreck" type of fascination.

Just in: she goes to rehab and then today she checks herself out. That poor girl needs help and she is way to messed up to even realize it.

She is an Adult not much you can do, unless she tries to kill herself then the courts can take over.

I just hope we don't see a picture of her later today with those babies.
