Big Brother knows and that's a...
I have two possible matches to the OFAC list. I have tried to contact OFAC on SEVERAL different occassions, via phone and e-mail and have not yet received a response. Any suggestions on what I should do? These individuals don't have a deposit relationship...only loan.

OFAC's online response is just as bad. AML-Barbarian is correct. All you can do in keep trying until you get a response.
