Do we need to obtain consent to post pictures that include our customer's on our website? In particular if they are children? I thinking of posting pictures from our kid's day on our website.

If kid's day was open to the public, you would not need consent. However, if only customers attend, then you would need permission, as the pictures would violate privacy.

Our policy is never to distribute pictures of children at our events, unless they are large group shots. To use individual pictures we must obtain a release.

If we want to post photos of a "grand opening" on our website, would we need releases in that scenario? I imagine they will be large group shots of bank officers, chamber members, etc. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I'm not an expert in this area, but believe that if the people can be recognized from the photo (even as part of a group), you would need a signed release.
