Is anyone else in Texas having trouble with title companies refusing to list real estate taxes on the HUD as POC? I have one telling me that absolutely will not do it.

We have to moniter all HUD's as prepared by Title Companies. Although we have none that refuse to do it, they will not pick up the figures from the preliminary HUD. Try getting a letter from your compliance auditor to forward to the title companies.
