We have a disclosure that we provide when opening accounts a substitute check policy that states that we are available to provide "substitute checks" and it goes on to explain the definition and rights regarding them. My question is that are we are still required to present a dislosure statement at account or opening or at all?? I can find no referance.

Are you referring to the disclosures required under 12 CFR 229.57?
