Is it common to have a deletion of the arbitration clause on the title policies in Florida? Is it allowed? We usually do a deletion of arbitration for our loans here in Texas. However, we did a deal for a good customer on a property in Florida, and the lawyer's office there is refusing to do it. Any citation you can provide me with would be appreciated. THANK YOU!
