Anybody else think that setting up a bank tent at a Realtor's Association Golf Tournament & giving away shrimp, cream puffs & tees with the bank's name on it is a violation of Section 8?

That's sounds like an advertising campaign to me. You're targeting the Association, not a specific Realtor.
