I want the Yankees, but if I say they will, then I jinx it. Ergo, I'm making no predictions.

As always, I wish the best for the Tigers. But, win or lose, they are my team, and I will stand by them no matter what. (winning the series this year would be a great thing though!)

I have no idea who will win, but we're going to the opening Braves game on Friday night. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I'm looking forward to it.

Bailey - love your tag line. I remember that show well. Bob Newhart was hysterical.

The Mets got off to a good start last night. I think they are the team to beat in the NL. Especially if the SP can hold up until Pedro gets back.
I am going with BoSox or the Yanks in the AL. The Tiger and Indians both look good, but I still think the Yanks and Sox are the teams to beat.

The Mets seem to be the favorite of the NL...should be interesting to see how soon Pedro returns and how effective he is.
The Sox and Yanks are both relying on a couple of "older" starters (Schill/Wake and Mussina/Pettite) so any issues with them could kill their chances....should be interesting.

Skittles - yeah, I changed the line this morning to mimic the dead pan way I'm feeling. Hoping to change my mood to dead pan humor.
DQ - what do I expect of Fella?? I expect him to bow to the power of the bloody sock!

oooooooo... sounds like you want to start somethin'! I do, BUT, I have learned my lesson with jinxing things for my sports teams, so I'd rather wait until the Yanks have finished taking 1st place in the AML Est before I start busting balls.
