Does anyone see a problem with the name of the conservator, guardian or estate representative appearing on an account agreement in the Owner area following the name of the conservatorship, guardianship or estate name as long as the word 'conservator','guardian' or 'estate representative' appears as well? For example:

John Smith Conservatorship
Mary Smith Conservator

Depending on how your system will report the 1099INT, you may get a B-notice if the name reported as the owner and the reporting SSN do not match.

We do have an IRS Name Field that we use to adjust the name to match the SSN that will be reported to IRS. Thanks for the input.
