Maybe we need some rules for whom will drive home and what tests need to be undertaken prior to driving. By the US drunk driving rate, something needs to be done.

Just don't ask what that different way is, I just know we need to do something different.

we could allow psychologists and scholars, etc who study drunk driving to come up with ideas because lay people like us are ill-equipt to come up with the actual solutions, but we are equipt to recognize when a problem exists.
