Husband/Wife on auto contract. Husband goes on active duty. A year later, wife says car not running and won't pay, wants to surrender. Dumb collector has car picked up. Wife doesn't want to communicate anymore until after car is sold. We go searching for husband to see if he wants car or wants to sign waiver, can't find him. DOD website still shows he's on active duty.

Donate it to a local technical school, and let their students work on it.
